I don’t know about you but this election season has been the most emotional and stressful, and I’m so glad that it’s almost over. I personally strongly have a lack of trust and personal convictions against both candidates which has left me torn and completely heartbroken not knowing if I can even vote for our next president. It can be easy to loose hope. I loose hope easily and this could definitely be one of those times. However, I have to remember that my hope ultimately isn’t in leaders of this country…it isn’t even in the world. My hope is in Christ!  

I love this verse because it reminds me that no matter what, I we are a people of prayer that continue to seek Him, He will hear us and give us strength and hope. So no matter what happens cling to the promise that God has never forsaken us!  He hears every prayer big or small!  Hold on to this today and in the days to come.
